ABOUT
Asia Technological University Network or known as ATU-Net, is a strategic international alliance with the purpose of connecting technology-focused of higher education institutions in Asia. ATU-Net was established and launched on the 9th August 2016, during the 8th Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) University Presidents Forum (UTM-UPF) at UTM Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, with UTM as both Chair and Secretariat of the Network.
MISSION
To support member universities in achieving world-class quality of education and research in engineering and technology through strategic alliance, by facilitating activities including but not limited to networking, exploring potential collaborations, and co-operating in areas of university teaching, learning and research in the areas of innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainable development.

ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
General Board
To endorse any decision-making made in the annual reporting by the ATU-Net secretariat, which includes the yearly achievements, financial reporting, proposal, and the way forward for the future years to come.
Steering Committee
Consists of the Directors of the International Office or equivalent-ranking representatives of a Member. The Steering Committee is responsible for senior-level liaison between the Members and the network, for promoting and fostering network engagement at the institutional level, and for providing advice on the Network’s strategic direction.
Special Interest Groups
Play a key role in the planning and execution of ATU-Net programmes under special areas of expertise.

International Staff Week (ISW)A capacity-building programme curated for members of staff of the international office and relevant departments to share best practices, primarily in managing and administering the international office and related matters. |
Young Researcher Grant (YRG)
A research grant is offered by the ATU-Net to support young researchers in becoming principal investigators of their own research. |
International Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Engineering, Computing and Science Education

Student Leader Forum (SeLF)
Aims to bring youth and student leaders from ATU-Net member institutions and beyond to share their knowledge and learn from one another, strengthen their regional bonds, and form a shared global identity. |
Hackathon
A student competition aims to promote innovative ideas and solutions to global issues and challenges. |
