MESSAGE BY THE CHAIR

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh and greetings to all.

Welcome to the official platform of the Asia Technological University Network (ATU-Net).

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the official platform of ATU-Net, a dynamic network that brings together technological universities across Asia with a shared commitment to advancing academic excellence, impactful research, innovation, and meaningful regional collaboration.

As Chair of ATU-Net, I am honoured to serve alongside a community of institutions that believes in the transformative power of higher education. In an era shaped by rapid technological advancement, artificial intelligence, climate challenges, and an increasingly interconnected global landscape, our universities carry a collective responsibility not only to generate knowledge, but also to translate that knowledge into innovative and sustainable solutions that benefit society.

ATU-Net stands as a strategic platform that strengthens partnerships, promotes academic mobility, advances collaborative research, enhances capacity-building, and facilitates the exchange of ideas across borders. Through these collective efforts, we are nurturing future-ready graduates, empowering researchers and innovators, and developing leaders who are equipped to address the complex challenges of tomorrow.

The strength of ATU-Net lies in the diversity, expertise, and unwavering commitment of its member universities and partners. I extend my sincere appreciation to all institutions, collaborators, and stakeholders whose continued support and active engagement have enabled this network to grow into a trusted platform for regional cooperation and academic excellence.

As we move forward, let us continue to deepen our partnerships, embrace new opportunities, and foster greater collaboration across disciplines, industries, and nations. Together, we can strengthen the global standing of Asia’s technological universities while contributing meaningfully to sustainable development, inclusive innovation, and the advancement of humanity.

I am confident that through our shared vision, mutual trust, and collective commitment, ATU-Net will continue to serve as a catalyst for transformative collaboration and emerge as a leading voice in shaping the future of technological higher education in Asia and beyond.
